Update Guide
Update - commlite cm-ef-e hs change firmware
The CMEF2EHSSV22 update description is as follows:
1. Download the update package and unzip it to your desktop.
2. Connect the adapter to the computer with the MICRO USB cable that came with the camera.
3. The USB disk of Emount will be recognized on my computer.
4. Copy the decompressed CMEF2EHSSVXX.nex update file to the Emount drive letter. Wait 10 seconds or so for the Emount drive letter to disappear and reappear. The update is successful.
Note:
Update does not need to connect camera and lens; XX in CMEF2EHSSVXX refers to the updated version number; It is normal that the update file copied to Emount disk is invisible for about 10 seconds.
My experience has been about a weeks wait between messages from Commlite If you don’t have an opportunity to test your particular lens before buying you might want to email Commlite first.
